Biography:
G. Anthony George, Ph.D. received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hope College, Holland, Michigan, and became a Master of Divinity at New College, University of Edinburgh, Scotland. After studying in Thessalonica, Greece and Paris, France, George moved to Florida and earned his Doctorate in Humanities from Florida State University, Tallahassee. (The title of his dissertation is, "Charles Sanders Peirce's Development of Semiotics from Logic and Pragmatism to a Concept of God.") In each of these places he has practiced and exhibited his Art. He currently resides in central Massachusetts and is a member of the General Education Faculty at the New England Institute of Art, in Brookline.
